Role: Salesforce CPQ Business Analyst
Day Rate: £500 Per Day (Outside IR35)
Contract Length: 6 Months
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a leading telecommunications client and contribute to the success of their Salesforce CPQ implementation.
Salesforce CPQ Implementation:
Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce CPQ solutions.
Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ to meet the specific needs of the telecommunications client.
Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Work closely with business users to gather and document functional requirements.
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration between Salesforce CPQ and other systems within the client's environment.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to enhance overall system performance.
Create comprehensive documentation, including process flows, data models, and configuration details.
Maintain accurate records of system configurations and changes.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Salesforce CPQ implementation.
Strong understanding of telecommunications industry processes and workflows.
Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ configuration and customization.
Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Apex is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
