Description:
A leading travel firm is seeking a highly skilledSalesforce Consultantto optimise its Salesforce ecosystem, coveringSales Cloud,Service Cloud, andMarketing Cloud. The consultant will focus on streamlining operations, enhancing customer engagement, and improving data management to drive growth and efficiency. This is an opportunity to make impactful improvements while working closely with the client’s internal teams and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess the current Salesforce platform and provide strategic recommendations for optimisation.
Customise and configure
Sales Cloud,
Service Cloud, and
Marketing Cloud
to align with business objectives.
Collaborate with business teams to identify process improvements and system efficiencies.
Implement enhancements, automations, and integrations to maximise platform performance.
Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
Ensure data integrity and compliance across all platforms.
Requirements:
Extensive experience in
Salesforce Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud
with a focus on platform optimisation.
Strong technical skills in
configuration,
automation, and
data management.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proven ability to provide end-to-end Salesforce solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working in the travel or service-related industries is a plus.
