Position Overview:

I'm looking for a Salesforce Technical Consultant with hands-on experience in Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce integration, particularly with Sage, and expertise in utilising Salesforce Einstein Activity Capture. This role demands a proactive problem-solver who can design and implement effective solutions to meet project needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.

• Integrate Salesforce with Sage ERP systems to streamline operations and enhance data accuracy.

• Implement and manage Salesforce Einstein Activity Capture to optimize sales processes and boost productivity.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Provide expert guidance on Salesforce best practices and integration techniques.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to Salesforce and integrated systems.

• Conduct training sessions and create documentation to support end-users.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience working with Salesforce.

• Integration Expertise: Proven experience in integrating Salesforce with Sage ERP systems.

• Einstein Activity Capture: Strong knowledge and practical experience with Salesforce Einstein Activity Capture.

• Technical Skills: Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.

• Problem-solving: Excellent analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Certifications: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer) are highly desirable.
