Job Description: Salesforce Consultant


Contract Role:

  • Rate: - £500 per day (Outside IR35)

  • Duration: - 6 months

  • Location - London (1 day per week in office)

Company Overview: II am working with an established financial services company based in London, committed to providing innovative financial solutions to their clients. I am looking for a Salesforce Consultant to assist with Salesforce implementation and optimisation projects.

Role Overview: As a Salesforce Consultant, you will be enhancing the Salesforce platform to meet the needs of the business. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.

  • Customise and configure Salesforce to support business processes and workflows.

  • Collaborate with the technical team on Salesforce integrations with other systems.

  • Provide guidance and support to end users on Salesforce functionality and best practices.

Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant or similar role, with a track record of successful Salesforce implementations.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including declarative features (Process Builder, Flows, Workflow Rules, etc.) and data model.

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce customisation (e.g., custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts).

  • Experience with Salesforce integrations.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
