Job Description

We are seeking an experiencedSalesforce Consultantto support a local wealth management firm. This remote role requires the candidate to belocated within the state of California. The consultant will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to design, configure, and optimize Salesforce solutions that improve client management, compliance, and overall operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring strong Salesforce platform expertise along with consulting experience in financial services or wealth management.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to
gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective Salesforce solutions.
Configure Salesforce using
declarative tools
such as Flows, Validation Rules, Permission Sets, and Reports/Dashboards.
Provide expertise across
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
Assist with
data management, reporting, and compliance-related requirements
for wealth management operations.
Support
system integrations
with financial planning and portfolio management tools.
Conduct
end-user training, change management, and adoption support.
Deliver high-quality solutions while adhering to
Salesforce best practices and security standards.
Provide ongoing
support, troubleshooting, and enhancements
as needed.

Requirements

3+ years of Salesforce consulting experience, preferably within
financial services or wealth management.
Strong knowledge of
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and ideally Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
Hands-on experience with
Salesforce declarative development
(Flows, Validation Rules, Reports/Dashboards).
Experience with
API integrations
and third-party financial tools preferred.
Salesforce certifications such as
Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Consultant certifications
strongly desired.
Strong communication and client-facing skills with the ability to
translate technical solutions into business value.
Must be
based in California
and available to work remotely full-time.
