Salesforce Consultant – Partner Experience Required

About the Role

We are actively seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant to join a high-performing team within a certified Salesforce Partner. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on diverse client projects across industries, leveraging your consulting expertise and technical know-how to deliver scalable, value-driven Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to gather requirements, define solution architecture, and deliver end-to-end Salesforce implementations.

  • Customize and configure Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.) in line with business needs.

  • Participate in workshops, client demos, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies.

  • Liaise with developers, architects, and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.

  • Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and meet Salesforce best practices.

  • Support pre-sales efforts and contribute to client proposals where needed.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce consulting experience.

  • Proven experience working within or with an official Salesforce Partner (ISV or Consulting Partner).

  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and product suite.

  • Certified in at least one or more Salesforce credentials (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant).

  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, business analysis, and solution design.

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Desirable

  • Exposure to Salesforce industries (Vlocity), CPQ, or Field Service.

  • Experience with integration tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.).

  • Ability to mentor junior consultants or contribute to internal capability development.
