Salesforce Business Analyst – Contract – Up to $80/hr – Fully Remote (US)

Our client, a leading manufacturing company experiencing significant digital transformation, is seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analystto join their team on acontract basis. This is afully remote opportunity within the United States, offering a competitive rate ofup to $80 an hour.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce and proven experience bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. They will play a critical role in gathering requirements, documenting processes, and driving Salesforce enhancements that align with the client’s manufacturing operations and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather, define, and document business requirements related to Salesforce

  • Translate business needs into functional specifications for the Salesforce development team

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and Salesforce functionality

  • Support user acceptance testing and training initiatives

  • Ensure data integrity, compliance, and alignment with industry best practices

  • Provide ongoing analysis and recommendations for process improvement within the Salesforce ecosystem

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, preferably within manufacturing or similar industries

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, limitations, and best practices

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Experience working in agile or hybrid project environments

  • Salesforce certifications (preferred but not essential)
