Salesforce Business Analyst – Contract – Up to $80/hr – Fully Remote (US)

Our client, a leading manufacturing company experiencing significant digital transformation, is seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analystto join their team on acontract basis. This is afully remote opportunity within the United States, offering a competitive rate ofup to $80 an hour.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce and proven experience bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. They will play a critical role in gathering requirements, documenting processes, and driving Salesforce enhancements that align with the client’s manufacturing operations and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with stakeholders to gather, define, and document business requirements related to Salesforce
Translate business needs into functional specifications for the Salesforce development team
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and Salesforce functionality
Support user acceptance testing and training initiatives
Ensure data integrity, compliance, and alignment with industry best practices
Provide ongoing analysis and recommendations for process improvement within the Salesforce ecosystem

Key Requirements:

Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, preferably within manufacturing or similar industries
Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, limitations, and best practices
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience working in agile or hybrid project environments
Salesforce certifications (preferred but not essential)
