TechOhana is partnering with a logistics company looking for aninterim Salesforce Business Analystto step in and ensure continuity in their projects after the departure of their previous analyst. The company is undergoing continuous improvement onSalesforce Sales and Service Cloudand needs someone to help maintain momentum while they search for a permanent replacement.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions.

• Work closely with the sales and service teams to optimize ongoing Salesforce implementations.

• Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and solution design to enhance the efficiency of the Sales and Service Cloud.

• Provide detailed documentation and a seamless handover to the incoming permanent analyst.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst

  with expertise in Sales and Service Cloud.

• Strong understanding of logistics or similar industries is a plus.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work under pressure to keep projects on track.

• Proficient in documentation and creating a smooth transition for handover.
