Job Description

We are seeking an experiencedSalesforce Architectto join our on-site team in Sacramento. This role will support a local real estate firm by designing and overseeing Salesforce solutions that enhance client management, property tracking, and overall business efficiency. The ideal candidate has deep technical expertise, a strong background in Salesforce architecture, and the ability to lead teams in delivering scalable, secure, and compliant solutions.

Responsibilities

Define and lead the
overall Salesforce architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with the firm’s real estate business processes.
Design and implement
end-to-end Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and real estate-focused workflows.
Provide
technical leadership and guidance
to Salesforce developers and administrators.
Architect and manage
API integrations
with MLS systems, property management software, and financial tools.
Collaborate with stakeholders to
gather requirements
and translate them into scalable and secure designs.
Ensure
data governance, compliance, and security best practices
are maintained.
Conduct
solution design reviews, code reviews, and architecture governance
for quality assurance.
Stay current with
Salesforce releases and real estate technology trends
to recommend improvements.

Requirements

3+ years as a Salesforce Architect.
Strong expertise in
Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and declarative tools.
Proven experience with
enterprise-level Salesforce integrations
and data migration.
Knowledge of
real estate or property management systems
preferred.
Salesforce certifications such as
Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect
strongly desired.
Excellent
leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement
skills.
Must be available to work
on-site in Sacramento
full-time.
