Job Description
We are seeking an experiencedSalesforce Architectto join our team on-site in San Francisco. This role involves partnering with a leading financial services company to design, architect, and oversee scalable Salesforce solutions that support critical business operations. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of delivering enterprise-level Salesforce implementations, managing integrations, and guiding development teams to align with best practices.
Responsibilities
Lead the
overall Salesforce architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.
Design and implement
end-to-end Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud.
Provide
technical leadership and guidance
to development teams, ensuring best practices in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations.
Architect and oversee
API integrations
(REST/SOAP) with enterprise systems and third-party applications.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to
gather requirements
and translate them into scalable technical designs.
Ensure
data security, compliance, and performance optimization
within Salesforce solutions.
Stay current with
Salesforce releases and emerging technologies, recommending enhancements to maximize platform value.
Conduct
code reviews, solution design sessions, and architecture governance
to ensure high-quality delivery.
Requirements
3+ years of Salesforce experience
Deep expertise in
Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and declarative development.
Strong knowledge of
Salesforce integrations, middleware, and data migration strategies.
Experience with
Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
highly preferred.
Proven ability to lead
enterprise-level Salesforce implementations
in large, complex organizations.
Strong understanding of
SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps tools.
Salesforce certifications such as
Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect
strongly desired.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Must be available to work
on-site in San Francisco.
