Role Summary

The Salesforce Architect will serve as a strategic technical lead, shaping the architecture of Salesforce deployments for a trusted Gold Partner. This hybrid role balances remote flexibility with in-person collaboration, delivering scalable, high-quality solutions that align with both client and partner objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Solution Design:

    Translate complex business requirements into scalable and efficient Salesforce architectures across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom apps.

  • Governance & Standards:

    Establish architectural standards and governance for Salesforce development, deployments, and integrations.

  • Stakeholder Engagement:

    Act as a trusted advisor and technical liaison, collaborating with executives, business analysts, developers, and QA teams.

  • Integration & Data Management:

    Design and oversee robust integrations between Salesforce and external systems, ensuring data governance, quality, and security.

  • Technical Leadership:

    Guide configuration, customization, integration, and development efforts in alignment with architectural best practices; conduct reviews and mentor team members.

  • Platform Innovation:

    Stay abreast of new Salesforce features, releases, and AppExchange tools to continuously optimize processes and innovation.

  • Documentation & Enablement:

    Produce detailed documentation, architectural diagrams, and provide training or mentorship to internal teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Extensive experience as a Salesforce Architect, ideally across multiple enterprise-scale implementations.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience), Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and integration frameworks.

  • Solid understanding of CI/CD, DevOps workflows, version control, and deployment methodologies.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with an ability to navigate both technical and business-level discussions.

  • Preferred: Certifications such as Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect (CTA).
