Role: Salesforce Administrator

Location: Bristol - Hybrid

Salary: Up to £50,000 - DOE

The business is looking for someone with great communication skills and who can collaborate with the team. This is a massive point that the company is looking for as you will have to gather requirements which are set by the stakeholders and then relay them to the rest of the team.

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Administrator who will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing their Salesforce environment. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to configure, customize, and optimize Salesforce to meet the specific needs of their organization. You will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, user support, system integrations, and continuous improvement of their Salesforce platform.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with various departments to gather requirements and implement Salesforce enhancements

  • Customize Salesforce to meet business process requirements

  • Maintain data integrity, data quality, and data security in the Salesforce platform

  • Create and manage reports and dashboards to provide insights and analytics

  • Train and support end users to maximize their efficiency with Salesforce

  • Configure and maintain Salesforce integrations with other business-critical applications

  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce best practices and updates and implement changes accordingly

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce and its integrations

  • Assist in the design and implementation of automation processes using Salesforce automation tools


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM201) is required

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a strong understanding of Salesforce features, functionalities, and best practices

  • Proficient in data management and data security within Salesforce.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with end users and cross-functional teams

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

  • Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning and experience with Lightning App Builder is a plus

  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Einstein Analytics, or other Salesforce-related technologies is a bonus
