The ideal candidate:
5+ years of Salesforce experience
Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a deep understanding of Salesforce's capabilities and limitations
Salesforce Administrator certification is a strong plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate business needs into effective solutions
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Be able to configure and customize the Salesforce platform per the business needs
