Role: Salesforce Administrator
TechOhana is exclusively working with a growing Salesforce end user who have recently implemented CPQ. This organisation has had Salesforce in place for over 6 years implementing sales, service and marketing cloud in that time. But to quote the CTO this company is always looking for "what they can do better".
With this in mind they are for a Salesforce Administrator to join their team. You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day administration of our Salesforce environment, including configuring and maintaining Salesforce applications, resolving user issues, and ensuring data accuracy and security.
As well as this they are looking for you to be the voice of the platform and continue to bring ideas to the table of how to improve the system, implement new functionalities and manage new releases.
The ideal candidate will have:
At least 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, w
Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration and customisation, including workflows, custom objects, and validation rules
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders of all levels
A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest Salesforce developments and best practices
Working knowledge of CPQ
