Salesforce Administrator - Location: Manchester (Hybrid – 2 days office, 3 days remote) Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 (DOE)


Our client is a multi-faceted technology business based in Manchester and they are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join their growing team and play a pivotal role in the ongoing development, optimisation, and support of their Salesforce platform.


The Role:

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Salesforce system, ensuring it is configured, maintained, and enhanced to meet business needs. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver solutions, improve processes, and ensure users get the most out of the platform.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily administration, support, and maintenance of the Salesforce platform.

  • Configure and customise Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related Salesforce features.

  • Build and optimise Flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and page layouts.

  • Manage user accounts, roles, permission sets, and security settings.

  • Liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.

  • Ensure data quality through cleansing, deduplication, and regular audits.

  • Support integration projects and third-party app management.

  • Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and best practices to recommend improvements.


About You:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator within a commercial environment.

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM201) essential; additional certifications desirable.

  • Strong knowledge of declarative Salesforce tools (Flows, Validation Rules, Reports, Dashboards).

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

  • Confident communicator who can work with stakeholders across multiple teams.

  • Experience in a technology-led or multi-faceted organisation is advantageous.
