We are working with a mission-driven nonprofit organization seeking a skilledSalesforce Administratorwith experience in theNonprofit Success Pack (NPSP). This role is perfect for someone who wants to make a meaningful impact by leveraging Salesforce to drive operational efficiency and donor engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain the organization’s Salesforce instance with a focus on NPSP functionality.

  • Customize objects, fields, page layouts, reports, dashboards, and workflows to support fundraising, donor management, and program delivery.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement scalable solutions.

  • Ensure data integrity through regular audits, validation rules, and deduplication strategies.

  • Support user training and documentation to drive adoption and improve system use.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a

    Salesforce Administrator

    working with

    NPSP

    in a nonprofit environment.

  • Strong understanding of nonprofit processes such as fundraising, donor journeys, and volunteer management.

  • Proficiency with declarative tools (e.g., Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules).

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification required; NPSP/Nonprofit Cloud Consultant certification is a plus.

  • Experience with third-party tools like Classy, FormAssembly, or Apsona is beneficial.
