We are working with a mission-driven nonprofit organization seeking a skilledSalesforce Administratorwith experience in theNonprofit Success Pack (NPSP). This role is perfect for someone who wants to make a meaningful impact by leveraging Salesforce to drive operational efficiency and donor engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain the organization’s Salesforce instance with a focus on NPSP functionality.
Customize objects, fields, page layouts, reports, dashboards, and workflows to support fundraising, donor management, and program delivery.
Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement scalable solutions.
Ensure data integrity through regular audits, validation rules, and deduplication strategies.
Support user training and documentation to drive adoption and improve system use.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a
Salesforce Administrator
working with
NPSP
in a nonprofit environment.
Strong understanding of nonprofit processes such as fundraising, donor journeys, and volunteer management.
Proficiency with declarative tools (e.g., Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules).
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Salesforce Administrator Certification required; NPSP/Nonprofit Cloud Consultant certification is a plus.
Experience with third-party tools like Classy, FormAssembly, or Apsona is beneficial.
