Our client, a leading semiconductor company, is seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join their dynamic team. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to collaborate with talented professionals.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain Salesforce configurations, including custom objects, fields, page layouts, and workflows.
Develop and implement custom solutions to automate business processes and improve efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues, ensuring optimal system performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a strong understanding of Salesforce fundamentals.
Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, and validation rules.
Experience with Salesforce automation tools such as Process Builder and Flows.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
