Job Opportunity: Salesforce Project Manager for Greenfield Implementation (Non-Profit Sector)


Are you a skilled Salesforce Project Manager with a passion for making a difference in the non-profit sector? Our client, a leading organization in the non-profit space, is seeking an experienced professional to lead a Greenfield Implementation of Sales and Service Cloud. This is a contract opportunity for an initial 6-month period, with the potential for extension.


Position: Salesforce Project Manager

Project: Greenfield Implementation on Sales and Service Cloud

Sector: Non-Profit

Contract Duration: Initial 6-month period

Work Schedule: 1 day a week in the London office

Rate: £550 per day (outside IR35)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end Salesforce implementation for Sales and Service Cloud.

  • Manage project timelines, and deliverables, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

  • Oversee a cross-functional team, including developers, administrators, and business analysts.

  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders, gather requirements, and manage expectations.

  • Ensure solutions are tailored to meet the specific needs of the non-profit sector.

  • Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates to senior management.

  • Develop and deliver user training programs, ensuring smooth adoption and effective use of the platform.


Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in managing Salesforce implementations, particularly Sales and Service Cloud.

  • Strong project management skills with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies.

  • Excellent team leadership abilities, inspiring and guiding team members to achieve project goals.

  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups.
