They work on medium and large-scale projects and take a solution-oriented approach. Many of their projects involve implementing Salesforce from the ground up under tight deadlines.
Our client is looking for an experienced Salesforce consultant with a demonstrated track record of solving complex problems, executing system-wide improvements, and overseeing process transformation. The ideal candidate will be confident liaising with stakeholders from different departments and overseeing the implementation of key recommendations. The consulting team is tight-knit and collaborative so the ability to strategize effectively with colleagues is a must.
Essential experience
Proven experience in a Salesforce consulting capacity
Experience of Salesforce products, such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, & Net Zero CLoud
A proven track record of hands-on Salesforce configuration
Ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders while taking ownership of strategies and recommendations
Ability to build relationships and demonstrate strong communication skills
Ability to plan for each phase, and ensure the company's capacity and readiness prior to implementation.
Proactively manage risks and issues, updating and escalating them as required.
The position will be fully remote. It offers a competitive salary up to £70K depending on experience. The role comes with a generous benefit package and healthcare.
