Location: Hybrid, Mainly remote with occasional travel to HQ in Ba-Wü

As the Lead E-commerce Solutions Architect, you will spearhead the design and implementation of scalable, robust, and secure e-commerce solutions. You will play a pivotal role in transforming the organization towards an e-commerce centric mindset, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements. Your leadership will drive innovation and excellence across cross-functional teams. DEINE AUFGABEN:

  • Architectural Leadership:

    Develop and maintain the overall architecture of e-commerce platforms, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and high performing.

  • Strategic Vision:

    Lead the organizational transformation towards an e-commerce-focused mindset, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Technical Leadership:Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams, ensuring best practices in coding, design, and architecture.

  • Integration Management:

    Oversee the integration of various systems and third-party services, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.

  • Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks, ensuring the platform can handle high traffic volumes and transactions.

  • Security:

    Implement and maintain security protocols to protect customer data and ensure compliance with industry standards.

  • Collaboration:Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

  • Documentation:Create and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, including diagrams, specifications, and guidelines.

DEIN PROFIL:

  • Experience:

    Proven experience in e-commerce architecture, with a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, technologies, and best practice (e.g., Salesforce, Magento, SAP Hybris, ..)

  • Technical Skills:Proficiency in relevant technologies such as cloud services (AWS, Azure), microservices architecture, API design, and database management. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools. Knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks).

  • Problem-Solving:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

  • Communication:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to change Mindset in Teams and Enable them to be the Change Driver themselves. (Lateral Leadership across many Teams)
