As a key member of their technology department, you will play a critical role in leveraging Salesforce solutions to enhance their operations, customer experiences, and overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Customisation: Customise and develop Salesforce solutions tailored to the specific needs of the automotive sector, optimising processes and workflows.
Data Integration: Integrate and manage data within the Salesforce platform to ensure seamless information flow across various departments and systems.
Automotive CRM: Develop and maintain Salesforce CRM functionalities, including lead management, customer profiling, and sales analytics, to improve customer engagement and sales performance.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to drive Salesforce-driven initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce development, customisation, and configuration.
Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and other relevant tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Experience with data integration, reporting, and analytics within Salesforce.
