Role: Senior Salesforce Business Analyst

Location: Hampshire

Salary: Up to £70,000 dependent on experience

TechOhana is exclusively working with an enterprise-level end user who operates as a market leader in the Entertainment, Electronics and Media industry. Their Salesforce instance has been in place for a number of years, however, they are currently developing a 3-year road map to build out the platform to drastically increase User adoption and implement new technologies. You will have the opportunity to work on some large and exciting projects as well as cross-train in a number of different areas.

The client is looking for a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to provide leadership through this period of growth and requires someone that is confident in managing stakeholders, creating user stories and in-depth requirement gathering. The main focus is someone who has strong leadership, communication and explanation skills. Hands-on functional knowledge of the technical side is preferable; however, not a necessity, and you will be working directly with the technical teams to help sculpt the road map for growth.

The team is very collaborative and is keen to bring someone new on board.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

  • A minimum of one year of Salesforce.com experience

  • Excellent communication skills – the ability to liaise with stakeholders and gather requirements.

  • Experience with Sales, Service and Marketing Cloud.

  • Ability to write technical documentation

  • Prior experience with an Agile Project methodology

  • Salesforce.com certification - admirable
