Role: Senior Salesforce Administrator

Location: London

Salary Expectation: Up to £60,000 – Dependent upon experience


Techohana has collaborated with a leading Pharmaceuticals Manufacturing company that is actively on the lookout for a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator.

This client is dedicated to providing excellent user experience through carrying out top level work and best practice. They have a multi-cultural, diverse team operating across 16 countries with ongoing expansion plans for the near future.

You will join apart of their internal CoE that they are building out due to some budget approved implementations they have coming up. The existing team is made up of senior administrators, developers, and a CRM Manager.

The role itself has a broad scope whereby there will be continuous exciting projects to thrive on and build upon your existing skillset. You will be responsible for managing the product roadmap and integrating Salesforce release updates, alongside communicating, prioritising, and managing all aspects of a Salesforce project. You will be expected to be happy and confident liaising with stakeholders at all levels and translate the technical information.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Salesforce Administrator

  • Exposure with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

  • Hands on configuration skills including workflows, validation rules and flows.

  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal

  • Excellent Stakeholder management skills

  • Minimum of 1 Salesforce Certification
