Role: Senior Salesforce Administrator

TechOhana have partnered with an electrical vehicle company who are leading within their space, working with some enterprise named clients including NHS and Tesla. They are bolstering their agile Salesforce team actively looking to bring on an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator.
They have a brand-new Salesforce org operating across Service, Experience, Marketing Cloud and Pardot offering extensive growth and development opportunities.
You will be joining a dynamic environment where you’ll be empowered, challenged, and supported at all times to design, build, enhance and maintain the Salesforce org. This will be a fast-paced role where you will develop and optimise the processes, deliver improvements, and liaise with relevant stakeholders to offer efficient business changes.
This is an exciting time to join a fresh org and expanding company who will also dedicate time and resources into your growth and development. They will personally send you on regular Salesforce training courses to ensure knowledge and best practices are up to date.
This is a flexible working opportunity with an office spaced located in Hertfordshire whereby you’ll ideally be going in once every two weeks to attend to workshops / hand overs. They have a focus in promoting a healthy work life balance.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
Minimum of 3 years Salesforce experience
Worked across Service, Marketing and Experience Cloud
Stakeholder management experience
Experience implementing Salesforce analytics / experience cloud.
Worked in a small agile team – admirable.
Salesforce certified Administrator – Bonus!
