What You'll Be Doing:
Administer, configure, and enhance Sales and Service cloud and related tools
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective CRM solutions
Integrate Salesforce with the wider tech stack
Be part of the discovery/ Implementation of Health Cloud
Ensure data integrity, user access controls, and efficient workflows
Drive adoption and user training to maximize platform ROI
Partner with IT, clinical, and operations teams to support broader digital health initiatives
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
Salesforce Administrator Certification (required)
Integration experience
Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
A passion for healthcare and making systems work better for people
