What You'll Be Doing:

  • Administer, configure, and enhance Sales and Service cloud and related tools

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective CRM solutions

  • Integrate Salesforce with the wider tech stack

  • Be part of the discovery/ Implementation of Health Cloud

  • Ensure data integrity, user access controls, and efficient workflows

  • Drive adoption and user training to maximize platform ROI

  • Partner with IT, clinical, and operations teams to support broader digital health initiatives

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (required)

  • Integration experience

  • Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset

  • A passion for healthcare and making systems work better for people
