Company Overview:

Our Client is a leading provider of modular solutions, operating globally with a strong presence in Europe and other parts of the world. Our Salesforce Platform in Europe, built on Sales Cloud & CPQ, plays a crucial role in our operations. Currently deployed in multiple countries, we plan to extend its reach further. Our Salesforce Service Center is growing, and we are actively seeking a skilled Salesforce Tech Lead to join our team.

Position Overview:

As a Salesforce Tech Lead, you will play a pivotal role in the analysis, design, implementation, and technical leadership for our Salesforce Platform. The successful candidate will be hands-on in addressing incidents, supporting local super users, and contributing to the evolution of our Salesforce applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Application Maintenance:

  • Incident management, including bug analysis and resolution

  • Day-to-day support to local super users

  • Data (Single/bulk) change support

  • System integration support (queries and analysis)

Application Evolution:

  • Business requirement gathering and analysis

  • Solution design & implementation

  • Platform technical enhancement (e.g., optimization coding)

  • Deployment with SFDX

  • Documentation

Release Manager:

  • Code review and pull request validation

  • Package merge, validation, and deployment on Production


  • 4-5 years of Salesforce development experience

  • Experience with application maintenance or service center operations

  • Apex, Lighting Web component, Flows, standard Salesforce configurations

  • Experience with multiple countries and global operations

  • Knowledge of SFDX, GIT, Salesforce release process, and CI/CD platforms (GitHub/Bitbucket or Azure DevOps)

  • Experience with deployment toolsets such as SFDX and release management

  • Proficiency in English (required), other languages are a plus

  • SFDC developer certification; other Salesforce or Mulesoft certifications are a plus
