As a key player in their digital transformation journey, you’ll work on large-scale Salesforce initiatives, leveraging your technical expertise to deliver scalable, innovative solutions across the business.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather technical requirements and translate them into robust Salesforce solutions
Design and implement custom developments, integrations, and automation across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products
Work closely with internal teams and 3rd party partners to ensure end-to-end project delivery
Conduct code reviews and contribute to best practice governance and technical documentation
Play a pivotal role in the technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy

✅ Requirements:

Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Consultant or Developer within complex Salesforce environments
Nice to have experience in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), and REST/SOAP APIs
Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud,
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) certification required; PD2 or other certifications a strong plus
English fluency required; Czech is a bonus but not essential
