TechOhana is working alongside a leading fintech who has been pioneering for the last 16 years, with some thrilling growth plans in place for the future. With a highly talented, internal CoE, they’re now looking for a Salesforce Technical Architect to build on the platform, be hands-on with complex solutions and support the wider team.
They work across Sales & Marketing Cloud, but you will have a main focal point across Service Cloud and the chance to also work across other tech applications including AWS. You will define best practices, architect the org, and mentor / lead the team sitting under the head of engineering.
Where possible, they always look to upskill you and promote you up the ladder internally. This is a flexible working opportunity, with some travel into the London-based office to collaborate with the wider team. Company culture sits at the core of this company. Requirements:
5+ years Salesforce development experience
Core cloud experience - Service Cloud must have
Team-player
Proficient with Salesforce customization and architecture
Ability to lead / mentor junior team members
Certified Salesforce professional - Architect Cert is highly admirable
