Job: Salesforce Technical Architect
Salary: Up to £110,000 - DOE
Location: London - Hybrid
TechOhana has collaborated with an Enterprise Financial Services end user who is seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to join their team. They are looking for someone with a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform as they have just gone through a huge acquisition.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements and design solutions that align with their objectives
• Lead the development and implementation of technical solutions on the Salesforce platform
• Define technical architecture and create technical specifications and design documents
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams and stakeholders
• Conduct technical reviews and ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and meet quality standards
• Manage the technical aspects of project delivery, including planning, estimation, and execution
• Keep up to date with the latest Salesforce technologies and advise on their potential benefits to the organization
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce technical architecture, design, and implementation
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, including sales cloud, service cloud, and community cloud
• Experience with Salesforce integrations with other systems and platforms
• Ability to lead technical discussions and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyse and interpret data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred
