Role: Salesforce Team Lead/Scrum Master
Salary: Up to £85,000
Location; London (Hybrid)
TechOhana is the trusted recruitment partner for a market leading, US based end user in the education sector, we're currently looking for an experienced Salesforce Team Lead to join the team and lead the internal platform for The UK.
This role has come about to a need for a hands on leader to manage and enable the Salesforce team, reporting into the Head of Salesforce. Your role will entail liaising with other relevant business units, coaching and developing the team, optimising delivery processes and supporting the head of the platform.
It's a hybrid working format, with 2/3 days a week in their London HQ required, alongside any required project travel.
These are the skills we're looking for:
Extensive experience coaching and leading teams
In depth knowledge of Salesforce's products and their capabilities
Experience recruiting, developing and retaining talent
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
A scrum master certification highly beneficial
