The ideal candidate:
3+ years of Salesforce experience
Experience working in a Salesforce administrative role with a deep understanding of Salesforce's capabilities and limitation
Must have Salesforce Adm 201 Certification
Strong analytical and problem solving skills to translate business needs into solutions
Good communication skills to collaborate and work closely with stakeholders
Someone who is confident and can take initiative when it comes to the Salesforce platform
