Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture across multi-cloud environments (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.).
Engage with senior stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions.
Lead discovery workshops, define technical roadmaps, and provide architectural governance throughout delivery.
Collaborate with consultants, developers, and client teams to ensure solution integrity and alignment with business goals.
Oversee integration architecture using APIs, middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft), and third-party systems.
Stay current with Salesforce releases and industry trends to drive continuous innovation.
Essential Skills & Experience
5+ years of Salesforce experience, including a minimum of 2 years in an architectural or lead consulting role.
Proven track record of leading large-scale Salesforce implementations.
Deep understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, data modelling, security, and performance.
Experience with enterprise integration patterns and technologies.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
