Position:Salesforce Solution Architect

Location:Manchester (Hybrid)

Contract Length:6 months (Outside IR35)

Rate:DOE (Dependent on Experience)

Industry Experience:

  • Telecommunications (Telco):

Experience in the Telco industry is highly desirable for this role. Understanding the unique business processes, challenges, and systems within telecommunications will allow you to design tailored Salesforce solutions that meet industry-specific needs. From customer relationship management to complex billing and service fulfilment, your Telco expertise will be invaluable in guiding the overall solution design.


Technical Skills:

  • API Integrations:

You’ll need strong experience in API integrations, enabling seamless communication between Salesforce and various external systems. As a Solution Architect, you’ll be responsible for designing integration architectures that ensure the efficient flow of data between platforms, enhancing overall system performance and user experience.


  • Integrations in OMS (Order Management System) in a B2B Setting:

Expertise in integrating Salesforce with Order Management Systems (OMS) in a B2B environment is crucial. You’ll be working on solutions that streamline order processing, fulfilment, and tracking in complex B2B settings, ensuring that the OMS integrates smoothly with Salesforce for real-time data flow and accurate business operations.


  • Mulesoft:

Knowledge of Mulesoft, Salesforce's integration platform, is essential for building scalable, efficient integrations. You’ll leverage Mulesoft to design APIs that connect Salesforce with a range of external systems and databases, ensuring robust, real-time integration across cloud and on-premises environments.


  • Laravel PHP:

Experience withLaravel PHP, a web application framework, will be beneficial when working on solutions that involve custom backend development. Your understanding of Laravel will allow you to ensure smooth integrations between Salesforce and any PHP-based applications or systems, enhancing flexibility and scalability in your architecture design.
