We have collaborated with a leading Gold implementation partner in Dublin who are dominating the financial services, media and manufacturing industry. They have been operating in the ecosystem for over 10 years and are currently going through a period of hyper growth.
This position is well suited to an individual that is looking to gain extensive hands on experience on a Service Cloud implementations as well as gaining exposure to niche areas of Salesforce such as CPQ, FSL, Financial services and marketing cloud.
As an Salesforce Consultant, you will conduct business analysis with clients to understand their business goals and processes, understand pain points and opportunities for technology to support them, and build and implement solutions to enhance the business processes and performance, focusing on complete optimisation of their CRM investment.
Due to the businesses my client works with, you will be able to work on the most innovative implementations in the market. Working on these projects, alongside a gifted development team, which includes well respected CTA’s, will accelerate your career in the Salesforce ecosystem.
Here are the skills we are looking for:
Excellent liaison skills - able to effectively gather requirements from key stakeholders at all levels including C level
A portfolio of previous successful Salesforce implementations
Advanced SFDC customization and configuration experience
Technical competency - able to design viable solutions to delegate to the development team
Salesforce Service Cloud Certified highly beneficial
Experience working with Agile, SCRUM methodologies
Fluent in English
