Salesforce QA Manager

Our client, a prestigious Salesforce partner, is seeking an experienced Salesforce QA Manager to join their dynamic team on a permanent basis. This role offers a competitive salary of up to $160,000 per year, complemented by a 10% annual bonus, a robust 401k contribution plan, unlimited PTO, and attractive employee stock options.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Salesforce QA team, ensuring the highest quality standards for all Salesforce implementations and integrations.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and testing strategies.

  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of Salesforce solutions.

  • Identify and report defects, ensuring timely resolution and re-testing.

  • Maintain and enhance automated test scripts to improve efficiency and coverage.

  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior QA team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce QA Manager or in a similar role within a Salesforce environment.

  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform features and functionalities.

  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

  • Proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
