Salesforce QA Manager
Our client, a prestigious Salesforce partner, is seeking an experienced Salesforce QA Manager to join their dynamic team on a permanent basis. Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Salesforce QA team, ensuring the highest quality standards for all Salesforce implementations and integrations.
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and testing strategies.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of Salesforce solutions.
Identify and report defects, ensuring timely resolution and re-testing.
Maintain and enhance automated test scripts to improve efficiency and coverage.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior QA team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Salesforce QA Manager or in a similar role within a Salesforce environment.
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform features and functionalities.
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
