As a Salesforce QA, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of their Salesforce solutions. You will be responsible for conducting thorough testing of their Salesforce implementation, identifying bugs and issues, and working closely with the development team to ensure that all issues are resolved in a timely manner.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of Salesforce, as well as experience in manual and automated testing methodologies. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough testing of our Salesforce implementation, including manual and automated testing.
Identify bugs and issues and work closely with our development team to ensure that they are resolved in a timely manner.
Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure the quality of the Salesforce solutions.
Collaborate with other members of the team to ensure that our Salesforce implementation is running smoothly and efficiently.
Continuously improve our testing processes and methodologies to ensure that the team are delivering the highest quality solutions to our clients.
Requirements:
Strong understanding of Salesforce, including experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
Experience in manual and automated testing methodologies.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salesforce certification(s) preferred.
