Oversee end-to-end program delivery for Salesforce implementations, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
Partner with stakeholders across departments to drive seamless integration and adoption of Salesforce solutions.
Manage budgets, timelines, and resources while mitigating risks and ensuring quality delivery.
Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
🔑What You Bring
Experience:
8+ years in program management, with a strong focus on Salesforce platforms.
Skills:
Expertise in delivering complex Salesforce solutions, stakeholder management, and team leadership.
Certifications:
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Project Management) are highly desirable.
Mindset:
A strategic thinker with the ability to manage details without losing sight of the big picture.
