Role: Salesforce Product Owner

Location: Hybrid/Remote

Day Rate: £525 Per Day (Outside IR35)

Contract Length: 6 Months


Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Salesforce Product Owner to join our clients team on a 6-month contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for owning and driving the development and enhancement of our clients Salesforce platform. Your deep understanding of Salesforce, combined with your strategic mindset, will be pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of our Salesforce initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Definition: Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and project teams to gather and document detailed requirements for Salesforce enhancements and features.

  • Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain a clear and prioritized product roadmap for the Salesforce platform, aligned with business goals and objectives for the contract duration.

  • User Story Creation: Create well-defined user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria that guide the development team in building Salesforce solutions that meet business needs.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers, QA testers, UI/UX designers, and other cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of Salesforce.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, with a proven track record of managing Salesforce projects.

  • Salesforce certification(s) such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Certified Product Owner is preferred.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, best practices, and configuration.

  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver within set timelines.

  • Self-motivated and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
