Role: Salesforce Pardot / MCAE Specialist

Location: London- Hybrid

Salary Expectations: Up to £60,000


TechOhana have collaborated with a dynamic and rapidly growing Salesforce end user who are on the look out for for an experienced Pardot / MCAE Specialist to join their team. You will be responsible for managing and optimising their marketing automation efforts to drive revenue growth and customer engagement.

You'll collaborate closely with a team of Marketing Automation Specialists to ensure the successful execution of Marketing Automation projects. Your primary responsibilities will involve utilizing various platforms in a technical and administrative capacity, alongside creating and implementing lead nurturing programs. Additionally, a crucial aspect of your role will involve serving as the main point of contact for clients on all projects, which will require a client-facing approach. You'll be actively engaged in suggesting Marketing Automation solutions to clients as part of your responsibilities.


Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute Pardot campaigns, including email, landing pages, and automation rules

• Create and maintain segmented lists to drive targeted and personalized communications

• Monitor and analyze Pardot metrics to optimize performance and identify opportunities for improvement

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing automation efforts with business objectives

• Assist in the development of lead scoring and nurturing programs to increase conversion rates

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing automation strategies

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Pardot

• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and techniques

• Previous experience with Pardot/MCAE focused role is essential

• Stakeholder Management skills (Director level and above)

• Experience building out lead nurture programmes

• Strong Marketing Automation analytical skills for measuring MQLs and SQLs

• Previous experience working with a Salesforce Partner is a bonus but not essential
