Salary Expectation: £35,000

TechOhana is working with a stimulating, diverse and award-winning University who are committed to delivering the best experience for its students and staff. They offer a variety of engaging courses to students at various levels, including undergraduate and postgraduate.

They are expanding their CRM team, hiring for an enthusiastic Salesforce Marketing Cloud specialist with around one year of experience, looking to take a leap in their career and join a dynamic team of CRM / Marketing professionals.

Within this role, you will be responsible for liaising across various CRM teams within the business to generate leads, nurture and convert offers into enrolment. You will be hands-on with email marketing using SQL, Ampscript, and landing pages, with prior experience understanding customer journeys.

This is a fast paced, dynamic role where they sent out over a million emails last year, with the ability and plan to top this in 2023. You will be supported through your journey with talented senior management alongside a wider marketing team, all with a passion for building and transform their CRM platform.

This is a hybrid working opportunity with three days on-site, ideally in their Coventry-based office. They have various workspaces also located in and around the London area to utilise. You must be willing to work hybrid to collaborate and thrive with the wider team.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Minimum of one year of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience

  • Experience with SQL, landing pages and Ampscript.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Email marketing experience with journey builders.

  • Salesforce certified – Bonus!
