One of our clients is a leading Salesforce consultancy who have a small and growing team of seasoned Consultants who are renowned for implementing creative and holistic solutions across various sectors. The executive team has worked hard to cultivate a supportive, energetic culture and they offer fully remote work arrangements.
As a Functional Lead you will be responsible for managing long-term projects with minimal oversight. You will be confident delegating and liaising with stakeholders. You will lead a team of consultants monitoring and maintaining adherence to estimates, timelines and milestones.
This will be a hybrid role out of London. Must be comfortable commuting to an office 3 days a week.
Your day-to-day will include:
Working with the business analyst to ensure that requirements are design ready
Working with the designers to ensure design meets the business requirements
Writing user stories and acceptance criteria
Working with the development team to ensure solutions meet business needs
Documenting processes
Essential Experience
4+ years Salesforce consultancy experience or similar end user experience in a complex environment
Hands-on configuration experience
Leadership experience.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a particular emphasis on strong communication skills, particularly in a remote work setting.
5+ Salesforce certifications, Including: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, Service Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant and specialist areas such as Pardot, CPQ, Experience Cloud, FSL etc.
Proven track record of having worked in a similar position with comparable responsibilities
You are UK based and have the right to work within the U.K.
This role offers a competitive salary up to £85K depending on experience. The role comes with a generous benefit package and healthcare.
