One of our clients is a boutique media and communications business. They are looking to bring a technical lead on board who can take ownership and assume responsibility for the on-site Salesforce infrastructure. This role will offer ample opportunities to implement solutions, configuration changes, and manage processes across the business. In this role you will be the subject matter expert on Salesforce and as such must be comfortable communicating with various stakeholders.


They are looking for a Salesforce Developer with a minimum of 3 years of experience who can take on Technical Lead functions as needed. An ideal candidate will take a solution-oriented approach and will be able to take ownership of the role.


Essential experience:


  • 3+ years experience as a Salesforce developer

  • Experience working in the U.K. market or a U.K.-based company

  • Strong communication skills

  • Designing scalable, best practice solutions

  • Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels (internal and external)

  • Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports

  • Experience in change management and governance

  • Experience integrating third-party apps with Salesforce

  • Web development skills

  • Must have a Certified Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer 1 certificate


The position will be hybrid from the London office. It offers a competitive salary up to £60K depending on experience. The role comes with a generous benefit package and healthcare.
