Role: Salesforce Developer
Location: Houston, TX - 1 day on site
Salary: $120,000
We are looking for an experienced Lead Salesforce Developer to join a national media company based in Houston, TX. As the Lead Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining the company's internal systems using Salesforce technologies.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development of Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
Design and develop custom Salesforce applications, custom objects, workflows, and approval processes.
Configure Salesforce features such as profiles, roles, custom fields, security settings, etc.
Develop and maintain integrations with other systems and applications.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other Salesforce developers on the team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, including experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
Proven experience in leading Salesforce development projects.
Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and customization.
Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
