We are looking for a Salesforce Consultant(m/f/d) for a customer in Berlin or Hamburg.
Tasks:
Evaluate and improve the client‘s Salesforce organization by analyzing and challenging it
Collect and document requirements from various stakeholders to develop solution
Provide operational support and consultation on sales, service, and marketing processes to users
Design and implement solutions on Salesforce platform using point-and-click tools and programmatic solutions
Your Profile:
At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce
Expertise in multiple Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Community etc.), including hands-on configuration and
declarative developmentExcellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders, including senior
managementSalesforce certifications are required
Experience working in an agile environment is preferred
Fluent in English (German language skills are a plus, but diversity and internationality is valued)
