Role: Salesforce Business Analyst
Salary: Up to £65,000
Location: England (Hybrid)
TechOhana is the trusted recruitment partner for the worlds leading entertainment brand who are growing their Salesforce team. They provide consumer electronics and entertainment hardware on a global scale.
You will be responsible for analyzing and defining business requirements for Salesforce implementation projects, working closely with stakeholders and technical team to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.
It's a hybrid working arrangement with 2/3 days a week in Surrey or Hampshire offices.
Responsibilities:
Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Salesforce implementation projects.
Analyze and prioritize business requirements to identify key features and functionalities.
Collaborate with the technical team to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.
Create and maintain project documentation, including user stories, business requirements, design specifications, and test plans.
Conduct user acceptance testing and facilitate user training sessions.
Provide ongoing support to clients post-implementation
Requirements:
Strong prior experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Marketing Cloud
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salesforce certification(s) preferred
