Key Responsibilities:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud.
Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, or Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, are highly desirable.
Solid understanding of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud functionalities and configurations.
Proficiency in requirements gathering techniques, process mapping, and data analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality work.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently manage tasks.
