Are you an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst seeking to advance your professional journey?

We are seeking a highly motivated and proficient professional to join our dynamic team in the position of Salesforce Business Analyst. As a key contributor, you will play a significant role in the company's success by collaborating closely with stakeholders, conducting training sessions, and gaining a deep understanding of administrative processes.


Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the success by addressing client needs, keeping our teams well-informed, and optimising administrative operations. Collaborating with key stakeholders you will help identify and refine requirements. These requirements will be meticulously documented to form the basis for IT or external supplier analysis and system design. Familiarity with CPQ and quote-to-cash processes, is essential for this role.


Ideal Candidate:

  • Over 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.

  • Exposure to Salesforce configuration.

  • Excellent communication (written & verbal), organizational, interpersonal, problem-solving, negotiation, multitasking, and follow-through skills.

  • Strong consulting skills to distill complex business requirements and communicate to diverse audiences.

  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of quote-to-cash life-cycle management from CPQ, CLM to Order to Cash
