We are actively seeking a dynamic and skilled professional to join the team as a Salesforce Business Analyst.


In this pivotal role, you will make significant contributions by closely collaborating with stakeholders, facilitating training sessions and workshops, and gaining in-depth insights into administrative processes. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the success. Meeting the clients needs, keeping teams well-informed, and optimising administrative operations.


As a key player in our team, you will work closely with stakeholders, various business functions, Project Managers, and Senior Business Analysts. Your responsibilities will include identifying and refining requirements, documenting them in a structured manner, and laying the groundwork for IT or external supplier analysis and system design.


Beyond your specific projects, you will be an integral part of a community of Business Analysts, promoting the sharing of best practices, advocating for collaborative values, and actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives.


Ideal Candidate Profile:


  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business analyst.

  • Exposure to Salesforce configuration.

  • Strong communication (both written and verbal), organizational, interpersonal, problem-solving, negotiation, multitasking, and follow-through skills.

  • CPQ Experience

  • Exceptional consulting skills to distill complex business requirements and effectively communicate to diverse audiences.
