We are in search of a highly motivated and proficient professional to join our dynamic team as a Business Analyst. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the sportswear company, working closely with stakeholders, conducting training and workshops, and gaining a deep understanding of administrative processes. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the success of our sportswear business by meeting our clients' needs, keeping our teams well-informed, and optimizing our administrative operations.
Collaborating closely with key stakeholders, various business functions, Project Managers, and Senior Business Analysts, you will assist in identifying and refining requirements. These requirements will be documented in a structured manner, forming the foundation for IT or external supplier analysis and system design.
Furthermore, you will be an integral part of a community of Business Analysts, fostering the sharing of best practices, pursuing continuous improvement, advocating for collaborative values, and promoting self-organization.
3+ years Salesforce business analyst experience.
Some Salesforce configuration exposure
Strong communication (written & verbal), organisational, interpersonal, problem solving, negotiation, multi-tasking, and follow through skills.
Strong consulting skills to be able to distill complex business requirements and communicate to differing audiences
