As they continue to expand their Salesforce practice, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salesforce Alliances Director to lead their alliances strategy and drive Salesforce partnerships to new heights.

As the Salesforce Alliances Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing their Salesforce partnership strategy. You will lead a team responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with Salesforce, ensuring alignment with business goals, and driving joint initiatives that benefit clients and the broader ecosystem. Your deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, combined with your strong leadership and strategic thinking skills, will be essential to the success of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Salesforce alliance strategy that aligns with the consultancy's overall business objectives.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Salesforce executives, partner teams, and other relevant stakeholders.

  • Identify and prioritize key partnership opportunities and initiatives that will drive mutual growth and success.

  • Collaborate with Salesforce practice leaders to ensure alignment between services and Salesforce's product roadmap.

  • Lead and mentor a team of alliance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability.

  • Manage and track alliance performance metrics and report progress to senior leadership.

  • Drive joint marketing and sales efforts with Salesforce to generate pipeline and revenue growth.

  • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in alliance management, partner development, or related roles, with a strong focus on Salesforce.

  • Proven track record of successfully building and maintaining strategic partnerships with Salesforce or similar technology companies.

  • Deep knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, including product offerings, go-to-market strategies, and competitive landscape.

  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving growth and innovation.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Salesforce certifications and prior experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem are a plus.
